SUNGO ZY7000 series valve actuator can be mounted on ZY7000 serial modulating Valve (2-way or triple Valve). If with different connectors, it can be fitted with other kinds of valve bodies.ZY7000 series actuator has 2 basic types:
1. ZY7100(7200)reversible motor operation and provide increasing control.
2. ZY7102(7202)can accept input 0-10V DC or 4~20 4~20mA DC control signal and provide proportional control. |

3. The action uses gear to transit.Output gear rollers are supported by surface rolling bearing,which rotate around the central bearing.

7. Apply to 24mm,36mm,40mm or 42mm stroke.Proportional control stroke can be selected by jumper.
8. Proportional control 0~10V or DC 4~20mA(direct or revesible) can be selected by jumper . |

OPERATION |
|
|
1. Actuator is driven by reversible synchronous motor with magnetism clutch. Motor can create stable torsion at stopping condition depending on the magnetism effort, which is created by motor rotor and magnetism clutch. And the motor can stop at any position when there is no current pass through.
2. The signal of the increasing or proportional type controller can make the motor rotate clockwise or anti-clockwise
3. ZY-7100(ZY-7200) actuator attached an jumper which can apply to 15mm ,17mm,19mm or 22mm stroke .Ex-factory setting are 22mm stroke, If the manufacturer has already mounted the actuator on the valve body, it will fit with the valve's stroke. For ZY-7100(ZY-7200 ) model, it also has 0~10V or 4~20mA DC control signals' jumper to choose proper control mode. Ex-factory setting are 0~10V mode. |
